We collect information you provide directly · name, email address, phone number, message content and any preferences you choose to share when you complete the enquiry form on the contact page. We also automatically collect basic technical data such as your IP address and browser user agent for fraud and abuse prevention.
How we use it
To respond to your enquiry, manage a reservation, plan a private dining occasion, and to keep records of contact. Where you opt in, we may send occasional updates about menus and events.
Legal basis
Article 6(1)(b) of the UK GDPR (performance of a contract or steps taken at your request before entering into a contract) when you contact us about a booking, and Article 6(1)(f) (legitimate interests) for security and abuse prevention.
How long we keep it
Enquiry data is retained for up to 24 months and then deleted unless a contractual or legal reason requires us to keep it longer.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you. To do so contact booknow@aurorasexperience.com. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Third parties
We use the cPanel hosting provided by Krystal Hosting Ltd to operate this website. Google Maps is embedded on the contact page and your interaction with the embed is governed by Google's privacy notice.
